Chinese scientists believe in the community with a shared future for mankind, seizing opportunities to forge important collaborations internationally, through joint scientific breakthroughs and the sharing of vaccines. As early as the first quarter of 2020, several international teams had worked together on publications based on the joint studies. As September 2022, Over 350,000 COVID-19 related articles were published. In which, 33,848 articles accounting for 9.67% of the total were contributed by Chinese scholars, ranking second to 95,693 American did. Amongst which, 12,003 articles were jointed contributed by Chinese and global scholars from 175 countries in the world. USA, England and Australia kept the top three in each of three years from 2020 to 2022. Since the pandemic, China has dispatched international medical teams for fighting COVID-19, providing vaccines and technologies. China’s efforts were praised. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19, China had made a series of responses in action in all respects of normal human life. One of them is that to release specifications for guiding people how to response the pandemic, including standards and expert recommendations. These specifications play crucial role to guide doctors, patients in hospitals and all of people how to response the pandemic both in physical and in mental. The first specification titled as Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Pneumonia Caused by COVID-19 Infection (on Trial) was published by the National Health Commission of the P.R. China on 16 January 2020. Since then, 1140 specifications were published up to 16 May 2022 (no data available from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). Some of them were released in time series of updated versions. For example, there are nine versions of the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Pneumonia Caused by COVID-19 Infection since the situation changes of the COVID-19 in China. Among the

Based on the databases of CNKI and Web of Sciences, the articles related to virus antibodies were searched, and then the articles published by Chinese authors were selected by manual screening and verification. Combined with the geo-location of the institutes, the dataset of the institutes engaged into research on virial antibodies in China was developed. The dataset includes the name, classification, and the spatial information of the institutes. As of June 10, a total of 105 related articles have been published by 68 authors. The dataset is archived in 8 files in three folders, with the .shp format and the data size of 39.1 KB (compressed to 6 KB in one file). The dataset is one of supporting datasets for the China’s Research on COVIDE-19 Video Report (No.3): Anti-Viral Antibodies, which was published at Global Change Data Repository on June 18, 2020.
